On 17th, 18th & 19th February, Craig & John visited the stores in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. There was good engagement from members, and a number of issues were discussed, with appropriate advice, and follow up actions, being given to members. John and Craig have discussed the benefit of regular store visits to this area, as it is the further out area from where any of the branch officers are based. They have also taken away a list of common issues to work on at a branch level.
